With the benefits of a tractor, a utility vehicle and more in one compact package, Toro’s new Outcross™ 9060 can do the work of multiple machines. This award-winning multi-purpose vehicle is designed to help golf course groundskeepers complete key tasks in less time, with less stress, less labor and fewer resources.

Turf-Friendly Design
As the first machine of its kind to be purpose-built for operation on turf, the Outcross 9060 is in a class of its own. It features a uniquely controlled four-wheel steering/four-wheel drive system in which each wheel turns and spins independently at a rate determined by the machine’s ground speed and turning angle. This results in superior traction while minimizing damage to turf. The balanced design also eliminates the need for front counterweights, making it significantly more delicate on fine turf than an agricultural tractor.

All-Season Versatility
The Outcross 9060 is equipped with a standard three-point hitch* and a universal loader mounting plate, which is compatible with many standard turf maintenance attachments. This allows the Outcross 9060 to be used with loader buckets, forks, pull-behind rotary mowers, fertilizer spreaders, aerators and other products for a range of tasks year round. With a simple change of attachments, operators can spread seed or fertilizer, load sand, prune roots, aerate and haul pallets of sod. Other possibilities include removing snow and ice, blowing leaves, towing a trailer, sweeping a path, chipping wood and much more.

Easy Operation
In addition, the Outcross 9060 has an intelligent assistance system that can be pre-programmed with parameters for up to 16 different attachments to simplify operation, reduce the risk of operator error, and ensure consistent performance. The hydrostatic drive system and one-action, automotive-style controls also allow for straightforward and efficient operation. That means you won’t need an operator who is proficient with the complicated controls and shifting commonly associated with an agricultural tractor. Cruise control, shuttle shifting and a utility bed further add to the ease of use.

Transport Tools and Materials
The Outcross 9060 has a passenger seat as well as an optional cargo bed with a 4,500 lb (2041 kg), 1.3 cubic yard (1 cubic meter) capacity. It’s an efficient way to transport tools, materials and people. It’s also capable of towing up to 16,000 lb (7,257 kg)**, powered by a 59.8 hp (44 kW) Yanmar® liquid-cooled diesel engine.

A Breakthrough in Design
Although new to the market, the Outcross 9060 is already gaining notice for its forward-thinking design. It was recently awarded the 2018 Innovation Medal from the Federal Association of Garden, Landscape and Sports Facilities (BGL) at the GaLaBau trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany. The Innovation Medal recognizes manufacturers that have developed new and advanced solutions for the construction and maintenance of landscaped areas. More than 100 companies submitted products and services for consideration, and the Toro Outcross 9060 was one of just 16 products to receive the award. The GaLaBau Evaluation Committee selected the Outcross 9060 based on its ease of use, its turf-friendly footprint and its intelligent assistance system.
